Eating a plant-based or vegan diet doesn’t mean we have to give up our favourite foods, we just have to alter them a little. Thankfully, this is now a whole lot easier because of the wide range of alternatives that are available at our local supermarkets and grocery stores!

Take-Away

If you aren’t up for cooking, don’t worry, you can pick up a vegan burger from:

  • Grill’d - just ask the staff to veganise it with one of their vegan patty options and switch out the cheese and mayo for their vegan alternatives!

  • Oporto - try the pea and herb patty burger

  • Hungry Jacks - just ask for the Rebel Whopper

  • Lord of the Fries - their whole menu is vegan!

Most burger bars and restaurants have a plant-based option available, all you have to do is ask!
